The cleanliness of the room in compassion to Queens is very poor. No one changed bedding unless asked and the duration I have stayed here. The room was not cleaned (only bins changes). Considering this is CQC regulated. This is very good.

The service was very good until discharge was told to leave without medication and Matron refused to listen to concerns.
Suggested improvements
Discharge process could be improved and should be discharged with medication and not wait elsewhere for medication.
